Everest Import

Postby zerozero » Thu Jun 12, 2008 8:53 pm

Every time there is a new release of PT3, I create a new DB with 20k original-everest-hands.
(all hands work fine with PT2)

Build2 there were hundreds of 'invalid potsize-errors'.

Beta 12 only one(!) invalid potsize-error (and one hand with wrong calculated winnings/rake) remaining.
But although all hands are 10max, a few are recognized as 6max.

Beta13:
The good news: Now all hands are recognized as 10max! :)
But: There are 68 invalid potsize errors again! :(

I'll attach some to a support ticket and wait for beta14...

Ok, done: support ticket #17790

Looking at these hands I think its again a problem with dead blinds.
Hope you'll get it fixed.

Same problem for each release i try to import my whole set of HH (~5'000 files, ~150'000 hands)
With beta 12 less than 10 error
With beta 13 more than 600 error
What the problem? Are you testing your release?
For me PT3 is useless as long as import doesn't work well.

Please attach a few of the files which are giving errors to the Support system , and link to this thread.

That's why this is listed as a beta - it has been tested by the smaller Alpha test group but there just aren't enough of them to find every problem so beta versions are released for the wider community to test, so any other problems found can be fixed before releasing a stable "Build".
