stored pt4 bad results

I'm using pt4 the result of what I have gained is not correct, there is a lag of about 18E. I play pokerstars.es 0.25/0.50E and 0.10/0.20E

Last month was also wrong.

Is it possible that you close out the PokerStars software before your last hand is finished? If so that hand is not written and that can cause small discrepancies like this. If you do that, it's important for your results to be accurate to finish your last hand before you close your tables within the PokerStars software. We can only import the hands that are written and if you close the Stars software before the hand is over, it won't write the hand.
