how to STOP import

just bought PT4 a few days ago and im having issues with it already. i cannot stop the auto import.

i cant click on STOP GETTING HANDS because it is greyed out...

That's odd. Right click the system tray and click Task Manager and end the PT4 process. Something is certainly stuck if it's been sitting like that for some time.

Then restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, and if it happens again, send in a report via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder.

I too am having the same issue. I already clicked "Stop Importing Hands" once. It appeared as though it was going to work, but it then grayed out the other buttons and will not let me exit PT4 because it says "Please wait for Get Hands While Playing to stop before closing Poker Tracker".

I am just evaluating the software via the trial version to make sure I like it before I purchase it, but if this can't be fixed I will probably start looking at other programs instead.
