We have not even finished fixing things for PT4 yet. That needs to happen before we can even consider bringing any fix to PT3.

Even if we did understand this, the fact that our pockets are "lighter" because of this can not go unseen so... no answer can be satysfying for us, except that the problem is fixed.

They already gave you the answer. They are not willing to fix it. Just telling you to BUY PT4.

I'm done with this guys.

Let them calculate how many customers/money will they gonna lose because of this attitude and blackmailing.

That's true but the lack of a timeframe is just... not good for business:D

PT3 is no longer on sale and hasn't been for almost 6 months, and anybody who bought PT3 within the last 22 months or so is entitled to a free PT4 upgrade. Legacy support simply comes after support for the product we are currently developing and selling on the market.

Just download PT4. It is free if you already have PT3.

Go into your account with PT and they give you the code for PT4. :geek:

I have to apologize. I didn't realize that you can get PT4 for free if you already have PT3.

I count this as misunderstanding.

Sorry Guys! :D

Go to our purchase page and add the equivalent version of PT4 to your cart. You'll see whatever discount you qualify for applied - and if you qualify for a free upgrade you'll see it discounted so the remainder is $0.00.
