Getting "outdated openSSL" error

I'm running vista 64bit, i am running as administrator. Any ideas why i get this error?

First i get this error

Then it installs but gives me this error in the end:
[imgik9]http://www.lyngtoft.dk/PT3_error2.jpg[/imgik9]

Where after the installation rolls back.

The thing is i have tried to search for those two files LIBEAY32.DLL and SSLEAY32.DLL but havnt been able to locate them anywhere.
