i could do a quick camtasia video to show how this is working if that would be useful also.

Same problem here, it starts out fine for a few hands, then, as I start quick-folding, as soon as I pause to actually play a hand the HUD displays ALL previews hands and ends up never catching up. I've experienced this for a few K hands now, playing on 4 rush tables. The stats are virtually never available for preflop play, and only seldomly available for postflop. I haven't had time to try having a specific HUD and DB for Rush hands only, will try later. When I have the time, I will also try to send some logs.

Thx for the work you're doing guys, I reckon it must be pretty crazy these days...

He means have you customized your HUD at all or are you still using the defaults?

Thanks for the ticket, techvoodoo, we're definitely going to be looking into what's going on here - I don't get that result when I play Rush myself (it does just work for me), so we need logs in order to figure out what's going wrong for you.

I have customized my HUD layout ofcourse, i'm not using the default hud layout. I don't know what a custom FTP layout is, i am guessing like changing the graphics? I haven't done anything like that.

I made a quick 1 minute long recording with camtasia of the problem. You'll see that the hud stats are always far behind. running camtasia made this a little laggier but it's basicly whats going on.

did a reboot and tried just rushing 1 table and it was lagging behind but less than what can be seen in the 4 tabling video. 4 tabling is still the same basicly, several hands behind after quick folding my way through many hands. It definately feels like a performance issue, but my PC isn't exactly slow...

a 2+2'er suggested playing with the hud performance options as it worked for him. checking the enhance hud performance and restarting PT3 didn't change anything. setting the performance level to level 3 lagged out my whole PC when cards were being dealt and when I clicked the action buttons (call/fold/raise). maybe other users will have better luck with this.
