THX Krada. I just wrote Party poker didnt see you wrote on the forum sorry.

What they told me is very simple: They are not responsible for third parties softwares. They will transfer my questions to the technical team and they will ocntact me as soon as they have an answer. They asked me wich software i was talking about. Wich is a good point no?

I hope they can do something.

Does party poker know that problem exactly, because i had the feeling he never heard of that complaint.

Greetings

The problem is that their hand histories are written inconsistently. There's nothing we can do about it if they don't write data in a consistent way - if they omit your cards, or give you a stack of $0.00 or some such we can't really do anything about that - the data we get is bad. We cannot (and will not) import corrupt data into the database. They need to be able to write internally consistent hands.

I've been told one more thing they do is that they are inconsistent with when they put things on new lines. When you run some things together on one line and not others and aren't consistent it becomes nearly impossible to parse it programmatically.
