Nothing. If you do steps 1 and 2 then Dropbox will handle the rest.

Correct! The Setup Assistant comes up the first time you install and run PT4. You don't need to do anything, just install and go! :D

The auto notes were not designed to allow this. This is one of many design changes that are on our list of improvements for NoteTracker.
