Re: Custom cache rebuild problem

What version of PostgreSQL are you using? You can see this in the bottom corner of the Database > Database Management window if you don't know. This error can also occur if you are using an older PostgreSQL version (e.g. v83, v8.4) and that might be an issue related to these old 32-bit PostgreSQL ve...

Re: Custom stats don't show in popup but work well otherwise

There is a PostgreSQL restriction on the number of columns in a table so you will need to restrict the number of custom columns which are cached to 1600. If you have too many cached custom columns then as you mentioned you won't be able to rebuild your database cache. You will need to reduce the num...

Re: Color Coding Stats at Pokerstars

What Tinman9956 says is correct. For PokerStars you can only use two color ranges under "Item Properties" in the HUD profile editor and the default color will display for the ranges that are undefined.

Re: How does PT4 retrieve the current table info from PS?

PokerTracker 4 detects the title of the table window, which it matches with the information in the poker site hand history file, and it does not read from dealer chat at all.

Re: 1600+ columns problem from new HUDs?

In some cases the number of columns in PGAdmin doesn't correlate directly to the number of cached columns which depends on the custom content you are using - you can see more about this in this thread and this thread . You can contact Spin and go Master Essential directly to request they end the pre...

Re: Hands of history missing

1. If you want to review/analyse all of your data in PokerTracker 4 reports then you would need to use one database - only the HUD can read from multiple databases. The advantage of multiple databases is that they are easier to manage if you have to do some housekeeping at some point and you delete ...

Re: BB stats vs different position openers

The effective stack for each individual player is stored separately and it's the amount a player could lose in a pot as of their first action in the hand. You could test for the effective stat of the BTN with a subquery like this but the effective stack for the BTN will be based on the stacks of all...

Re: Interpretation of stats Probe and FLoat

Yes that is correct. A donk bet is similar although that is when the player out of position bets before the aggressor from the previous street has a chance to act e.g.

[Donk Turn]
Preflop - BU raises, SB calls
Flop - SB checks, BU cbets, SB calls
Turn - SB bets

Re: Quick question, will having more databases slow things d

Other databases that aren't currently active wont directly affect the performance of the current active database but if you don't have much free space on your disk there could be an indirect impact on performance since Windows is more efficient when you have a good amount of free disk space.
