CREV is calculating the EV of shoving vs folding and that isn't the same as your adjusted all-in equity.

Looks good to me. For the tooltip it is the text in the 'Name:' field on the definitions tab in 'Configure -> Statistics' that is displayed.

See this guide for the basics on custom statistics creation and this guide for a deeper walkthrough. The latter was written for PokerTracker 3 but the techniques all apply to PokerTracker 4, the interface is just slightly different.

There isn't a filter that contains that information so NoteTracker won't be able to detect that.
