Please enable logging (Configure > Options) and restart PT4. Reproduce the problem and then create the Support Bundle and attach it to a Support Ticket so that we can see what is going on.
You can select a different skin from the list in the configuration in PT4 that matches the timezone that your iPoker skin uses. As long as the timezone configured in PT4 matches your iPoker software that should be fine.

Unfortuantely this issue is not consistent. We have not been able to reproduce it ourselves, and there are a mix of reports of it not working at all or working at some tables. This makes it much harder to track down, but I'm sure the development team will get it resolved.
