If you test for the player having a squeeze opportunity (cash_hand_player_statistics.flg_p_squeeze_opp) then that means there would've been a caller in between.

Can you still select that HUD profile in the HUD profile editor? HUD profiles are also saved as either cash or tournament so if it was saved under the wrong gametype you won't see it available for selection at the table.

I am not familiar with Ignition as it's not a supported site so I'd recommend contacting card catcher support about that.

All you need to do is substitute "tourney" with "cash" in the expression. Alternatively if you have already imported the tournament version you can convert it from tourney to cash using "Options -> Convert" in "Configure -> Statistics".

PokerTracker 4 moves your processed hand histories to your processed folder which you can access via the "File -> Open User Data Folder" option.

Please attach the full original hand history file to a Support Ticket along with the details of the missing hand from your iPoker client so that we can investigate that for you.
