Is the HUD layout locked? Click the PT-icon and select 'Unlock Layout' and you should be able to move the HUD around on the table. If logging is already on then please reproduce the problem in your screenshot and then create/attach your support bundle to a Support Ticket where a technician can review your logs. The support bundle is created via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4.
