Re: UAC on vista

Personally I like my money to stay in my own accounts ... so I just click all the dialogs everytime.

Better than having all my my poker funds suddenly transfered to Russia.

Re: Import observed hands - Pokerstars?

In other words ... if you run any program to allow this feature you run the risk of getting banned from PokerStars. Thus it will never be a feature of PT3.

Re: Summary: amount won (all players) + rake <> 0 ?

But with big databases its nearly impossible to figuere out which hands are wrong (and why).
Any ideas?

There are some small rake errors at least with Party hands. I'm trying to track this one down too by comparing PT2 and PT3 databases.

Re: Beta Version 13

The HUD crashes aren't completely elimited (I got 1 today in a 2500 hand session, 10 tables), but they are DRASTICALLY IMPROVED for me. If you can afford the slight slowdown I recommend turning on logging and submitting these logs through the support system when you get crashes. They can help narro...

Re: Stats Feedback

Also notice how your win rates drop way off as you get to the button and the C/O. Are you pushing too hard when you have position? I don't personally have 8k worth of my own NL stats to look at so take this with a grain of salt, but my limit stats show a steady progression from winning the most mone...

Re: ideal computer ??

Since the thread started with a question about the "ideal" computer I'll get back to that. Would poker tracker really need 450GB of disk space and four processors on a DB-only machine? I haven't seen more than one postgres process fire up when I've been using it. I think 5 of the cheapest...

Re: Conspicuous lack of updates since the "commercial release"

I read all of your posts. 90% are complaining with no reason given. Exactly one was a request for support which would have been fixed by a simple support request.

What is your point in posting here?

Re: General Question: Are you satisfied with PT3?

Yes. Even in it's current state it is so much better than PT2+PAH and is way ahead of the other products.

I use it exclusively now.

Re: PT3 lag my computer when i play on Everest???

Does this apply to everyone else? I started getting this last night. Turns out that was the first time I minimized PT3 while playing. It happens with 1 or 2 tables open too so you don't even need to multi-table. The PokerTracker.exe process pegs all four CPUs and thus the whole system chugs. If I c...
