Hi - What do you mean "don't want to import"? Are you trying a manual import of it? What does PokerTracker3 do when you try - just skip it, no message at all, call it a "duplicate", etc.? I imported this and it worked fine ("hero" has all the data on PokerTracker3 tabs)...

Full Tilt has made good on their announcement a few months ago to no longer permit "observed" hands to be imported. They continued to write the temporary observed hand history files afterward but in the past week or so they stopped doing that.
