If he's in your database you can select his name in the "Player" list and check "Buddy" near the top of the "General" tab.

Then using Tabletracker's "Buddy" column you'd be able to see not just his but any others you've marked:

Have you rebooted your computer? If not, please try rebooting and see if you can connect to the database properly.

Is this something the "Summary" tab is insufficient for? Is it likely you've inadvertently added some condition to the report causing this (an "AND" or restrictive filtering, etc.)? Do you have a filter set outside of the report (click "Clear" and "Refresh")? ...

Close PokerTracker3 and with Windows File Explorer go to "C:/Program Files/PokerTracker 3/Data" and *rename* the file "Layouts.pt3" to something like "Layouts_ORIG.pt3". When you start PokerTracker3 again it will have the multi-tab popup back.
