Mines been running 6 hours now and is still on the first database of (I’m guessing) 250000 hands. Is this normal?

I have bought a new computer and downloaded PT4 onto it and added in my license code. I've tried a restore from a zip file , everything unzips as its supposed to but when its finished , I dont see any players or any hands I know its a bit vague but can you give me some ideas of things to check please
