Hello, your HH folder is named PokerStars, but the default name used by the EliteHUD converter is cpr_hh, so I assume you are using some other converter. Please note that in this last, PokerTracker 4.18.9 release, the support has been added specifically for the EliteHUD converter.

In the EliteHUD software, you can select the tracker in the dropdown menu in the left bottom corner of the window. Make sure to select PT4 instead of HM2, which is selected by deault.
