I think there was a misunderstanding - if you want to see hands where one of the players did 3bet, then NOT shouldn't be used.

Live Hud works on CoinPoker with the use of the EliteHUD converter. If CoinPoker decide to generate hand histories during play, a converter won't be needed anymore and support will be added.

Hello, your HH folder is named PokerStars, but the default name used by the EliteHUD converter is cpr_hh, so I assume you are using some other converter. Please note that in this last, PokerTracker 4.18.9 release, the support has been added specifically for the EliteHUD converter.

In the EliteHUD software, you can select the tracker in the dropdown menu in the left bottom corner of the window. Make sure to select PT4 instead of HM2, which is selected by deault.

I don't think there is a converter that works on macOS - due to system restrictions, the required techniques used by converters are not permitted.

Good news! The issue has been fixed in the latest PokerTracker 4.18.9 release.
