That is probably the Privacy settings blocking it. There shouldn't be any change to the permissions here, but please try removing PT4 from all of the Privacy & Security permissions it has. Make sure to remove the permission by selecting PT4 and clicking the minus button (do not just disable it)....

That is a genuine error in the hand history. JumentoCesar calls 460 This call amount is incorrect. The player would have actually called 600 to match the rest of the big blind amount. They had posted 600 small blind and the big blind is 1200. The pot total 4440 is correct for the call being 600, so ...

Apologies - that was supposed to say "enable logging (Configure > Options)".

In the PT4 menu choose Configure > Options and put a tick next to "Enable Logging".

Also make sure that you have PT4 running with the Ignition Hand Grabber active before you join any tables. Tables which are open when the grabber starts cannot generate hand histories. ...

Street by street equity is not stored in the database so isn't available to statistics to be displayed in a report.

If the hands are not being saved then you will need to contact AHC support to resolved that first. They should have directions for how to set things up and configure PT4 to use the hand histories.

I'm not sure how quickly that would get prioritised since you can re-edit it to enter the values if you misclick the first time, but I will report this to the development team to be fixed. Please open a Support Ticket about it so that we can notify you when the fix is released.
