Yes, that's the one. You need to configure PokerStars to run as administrator manually - PT4 does that automatically. I think you misunderstand my post. I have configured Pokerstars to run as administrator manually. The UAC pop-up occurs whenever I open PT4, even when Pokerstars is not running. Yes...

To add: The UAC pop-up is only occuring when I open PT4. It has nothing to do with Pokerstars.

No. When I open PT4 I get the UAC window asking "Do you want this app to make changes to your device?" Is that the one you mean?

Have just upgraded to Windows 10 from windows 7 and am having the same problem again. Pokerstars is set to run as administrator, but hotkeys are not working.

Using A Hud on Stars new tables seems to disable my hotkeys. Without the HUD the hotkeys work fine. What is going on here?

I get exactly the same thing. It started happening after the latest update.
