problem when i start Pokertracker after new release and try to update DB . pokertracker no respond

i buy poker tracker and install it normaly but whenhe installi postergrashe has a fatal error and not install it for running the programe.

after reading forum i try to install it manually but when i put password dbpass they say is not the correct one and can't installae again

the problem is when i go to tournament en display statisitc by time then populating but don't give the statistics.
all other statistics going nice also display by tournamentt but not by time.
the rest ofstatistics are o.k(general.winning,etc...)
