You shouldn't be importing filters as a custom statistic. Go to the filters section to import your filters ('More Filters -> Edit Quick Filters -> Import').

There isn't an alternative method to add aliases.

Grabbing Zone hands is disabled by default. You can enable it but there are several limitations which you should take note of - see this guide:

Please make sure you don't have any filters set that would prevent the hands from appearing otherwise please attach a screenshot of your entire PokerTracker 4 report window and attach that to a Support Ticket along with the sample of hands that were imported into PokerTracker 4.
