Unfortunately whenever you reply again or 'bump' a new ticket before a technician has made their initial response this resets the date of the ticket and it will place it at the bottom of technicians support queue. I've now escalated your ticket in the queue manually.

What hand history format is your hand converter using? If these hands are not importing into PokerTracker 4 as Chico hands then the HUD would be subject to any settings for the site format in use such as preferred seating.

If your hands are importing but the Blitz HUD isn't working then re-installing your poker client should resolve that. Have you tried moving the HUD to the correct seats and then saved the layout via the PT-icon so the new positions are remembered for new 6-max tables?

Unfortunately PokerTracker 4 was not developed to support remote database access and your setup is not something I am familiar with. As per my previous reply please attach your log file to a Support Ticket ticket and we can see if we can offer any further assistance on this.
