You can do that in a custom report with an expression filter:

If auto-importing is active (Play Poker -> Get Hands While Playing) then you will need to select 'Stop Getting Hands' before closing PokerTracker 4.

GGPoker do not permit the use of a HUD however hands downloaded from GGPoker can be manually imported into PokerTracker 4 using 'Play Poker -> Get Hands From Disk'.
