Hello ,
while playing importing hands, PT4 is quite slow . It takes 20-30 seconds to import one hand , sometimes much longer. It is annoying.
What could be the problem?

My database size is 30GB

Hello , on my PT4 the buy ins are not shown , it happens for WPN Network and sometimes GG poker too. No problem on other sites.

Hello, when the hand is classified as "error" , is the hand imported or not ?
For example I have 1000 hands , if I import them and there is 300 errors. Did I import 1000 hands or only 700 hands without errors?

when I "get hands while playing" , there is a lot of duplicates in my "view today's hand tab" (one hand played by all the present players)

2nd problem the time on certain sites is not accurate in this tab.

How can I fix all this ?
